Frontenac Appraisal Services was founded by Frederic Toupin P. App., AACI, a designated and proud member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. With a track record spanning more than 1,700 valuations across Southeastern Ontario, Frederic brings deep expertise in appraising a wide range of property types — from executive waterfront residences and recreational islands to complex, high-value commercial properties and portfolios.
